Reports
Increasing regulation across many industries has made it necessary to standardise the ways in which information is collated and distributed during the response to an emergency. In addition to this, organisations sometimes have established ways of recording key data at important times, which must be quickly shared with other team members and external parties.
The Reports module in CIM gives you the power to create customised forms for recording data, with common examples being situation reports and crisis management team meeting minutes. If required, attachments can be added to these reports along with assigning a category to each.
Once a report has been completed, this will be displayed in the running log to users with the relevant permissions and can be sent as a notification via email or SMS. It is also possible to share reports with a different CIM installation, which is a useful tool for our local authority customers that work together closely.
