Frequently asked questions about AI in CIM:
Using AI in CIM requires that your CIM administrator enter your company’s AI account (API key) in system settings. Then enable AI functionality to be available in your CIM installation.
If you need help registering the API key in the system settings, please contact your contact person in F24.
There are no additional costs associated with using AI in CIM, but you must have your own API key.
When using AI functionality in CIM, you will be informed that the text you write is sent to an external AI service for processing.
It is important to be aware that the AI system is developed as a support tool, you are responsible for assessing and verifying the content generated by AI before it is used further or used as a basis for action.
