Daily media log
The Daily media log module is used to log and track the company’s daily communication with the media, both incoming inquiries and outgoing statements that the business wishes to convey through the media.
With few and simple clicks, employees in your organisation can report inquiries they have had and possibly request assistance for follow-up from the communications department. In the daily life, the information and communications department can keep track of inquiries that need follow-up.
The module, for example, automatically provides email notification to procedural responsible for registering cases, statistical tools, advanced reporting features, and case processing with note logs and action cards.
